By looking at his work, you can easily recognize that Kazem is one of the independent movie makers who have kept his unique point of view about the world and you can easily recognize this smart and creative mind by looking at his work. Although there are so much censorship in Iran which limits people in the Cinema industry to change the theme of the film scripts to be away from any nudity or anything against the political orientation of the country, but he stayed in the country and kept going on to let people see everything especially the current issues in the country from his viewpoint.

In 2009 he made his last short movie (25min) which is called “Minus”. It is a fiction and at the same time an experimental movie, which doesn't specify any distinct geography, language and time. The events occur in a razor producing company, in which a young and simple retainer is working. He has special capabilities for example he knows telepathy and he can read the minds of people and even things. Most of the time, his predictions increase his ability of presentiment.

After getting over with Minus production, Kazem said “I wish my movie enters the best Festivals in the world” and then he also mentioned that “Not all the best movies are recognized in the A-level festivals”
But even if he has made this movie lately but he has received so many awards as well for example:
