Iranian Youth in Abroad Department
National Youth Organization disposes the first National Iranian Youth festival with the following purposes by ELHAM HAMIDI management :
• Recognition and encouragement of talent and innovation of Iranian young artful in foreign countries
• The initiation of motive and aiming proportionate to artists' talent
• Social hilarity, hope in future & Islamic-Iranian identification
This department is including 5 fields:
1.Film
2.Music
3.Ideogramic Arts
4.Broadcasting
5.media
*The subject is free in all parts
*in every section, the artists are allowed to send 3 opuses at the most
*To participate in the festival, the limited age is between 14 & 29 years old
1.Film: in managing of Mr.Alireza Amini ,is including the following 6 parts;
a. Story (maximum 60 minutes)
b. Documentary film (maximum 45 minutes)
c. Animation (maximum 45 minutes)
d. Experimental (maximum 45 minutes)
e. Video art & Video clip (1-6 minutes)
f. The specific section of artistic productions:
In this section the youth who have attended as a technical factors of film(even produced in abroad) as an example cinematography, edit, music, scenario & etc will be judged. At least the selected opuses will be appreciated by rewards.
*The artful youth should send their opuses in DVD format at first. Jury will inspect the opuses , then the selected should send their opuses in following formats:
(HD, Beta cam, cam DV, mini DV, 16meeli meter , 35meeli meter)
*The subjects of video art & video clip:
a. The artists can represent their video arts in Ideogramic Arts fields. These video arts can be produced in subject of ATTRACTION OF MY TERRITORY IRAN (like; architecture, promenade, handicraft, historical structure & etc.)
b. The artists can use these 3 subjects (Youth, Iran, Islam) beside each other to produce the video arts & video clips.
c. The subject is free
2.Music:in managing of Mr.Farman Fathalian is including 2 branches
a. Singing
b. Composing
-The both parts are divided in traditional & pop music in individual & in group
-The singers should send their opuses in 3 at the most(with or without musical instrument )
-The singers who are performing their opuses for the first time, should send their poems separately.
-The traditional singers who resign the genuine opuses of ancients should introduce them completely.
- At first the applicants should send the mp3 format of their opuses to the festival website. If they will be acceptable then send them to secretariat
*The maximum time should be 30 minutes
*The voice should be recorded normally or in studio (on the condition that it will be hearable clearly & not be used the special effects and electronic making sound sets)
3.Ideogramic Arts;in managing of Mr.Bahram Azimi including 6 branches:
a. Caricature (faces & cartoon)
b. Drawing & Etching
c. Poster
d. Photography
e. Limning [including; illustration(TAZHIB), Gol-o-Morgh, carpet layout]
f. Portraying
*All kinds of Technic can be used
*The artful youth should send only 3 opuses at the most
*At first all of the opuses should send to website in JPEG format and in 1500 PX size(in length or width). If it will sanction then should send in following formats;
• Poster , (max size A3 & min size A4)
• Drawing & Etching, (min size of one rib 50cm & max in 150cm)
• Photography , (min size:20*25cm & max size: 30*40cm)
• Caricature, (min size A4 & max A3)
• Limning, (min size A4 & max A3)
*Also in all of section, one sample should send in Tiff format & 300 Dpi qualification on CD
4.Youth & media;in managing of Mr. Mohammadreza Hosseinian is including 2 parts:
a. Newspapers and News agencies ,as following parts
• News
• Reports
• Interviews
• Notes & Heading articles
• Articles
• Picturize reports
b. Software & Media; is including:
• Weblog
• Game
*The artful youth who wants to take apart in this section, their opuses should be published from 20.March.2006 till 5.May.2010 in one of publications & news agencies
*The orginal of published pages & their copies should be sended
*If the published opus had no name or had a nickname, in final process the rumor manager or head master of news agency should confirm it
*The identity card should be attached to the opuses
*In weblog section , the opuses should be presented as a squeezed format
*In game section , the opuses should be in source format & name of the software should be mentioned .At the end of the program , the name list of the producers is necessary. Also the descriptive summary (of the game) should be there
5.media : in managing of Ms.Zeinab Abdolzahraie including 4 parts:
a) The investigative plans & projects
b)Invention
c)Scientific articles
d)Compiling of book
*All of the opuses should have the belonging confirmation
6.Social Active;
This section of festival is including all of the Iranian youth who have precedences, high grades & appreciations in their social activies in the countries where they are living or studying. The worth of taking apart in this section is specially for the youth who are residing in abroad.

Also;
The ones who take apart in music & film section, could offer their plan(draft) by sending e-mail and registration in festival website till 18.May.2010.
If the experts accept the totality of pattern ,the cultural offices of Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign countries or the embassies will pay the supporter budget to the plan.
